Privacy Policy
Your conversations are private, used only for the reports you request, and remain under your control.
What we process
We process your uploaded WhatsApp or iMessage export, participant names, account email, report settings and payment records only to provide the service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Automatic deletion
Uploaded conversations are deleted within 48 hours if you do not create a report, and within seven days of your most recent report. You can delete a conversation or report sooner from your account.
AI processing
Only the transcript needed for your requested analysis is sent to report-generation providers. If one provider cannot return a usable report, the same transcript may be sent to a fallback provider. Conversations are not used to train our own models or sold to advertisers.
Processors
The service uses Cloudflare for application hosting, private database records, queued report processing and public asset delivery; DeepSeek as the primary report-generation provider; OpenRouter as a fallback gateway that may route report requests to Z.ai GLM or another configured model; KIE as a further fallback; payment processing providers for payment transactions; and Cloudflare Email for verification and delivery. Raw chat export files are not copied to the public asset bucket.
Your rights
